Instructions

Step 1
1. Stir fry the onion until it turns brown.

2. Add the meat.

3. Meanwhile mix the water and the spices mix.
Step 4
4. When the meat is done add the water and set a low fire.
Step 5
5. Add beans, carrots, tomato and any complement you want to add.
Step 6
Cook at a low temperature for 50 min. The rest for at least 20 min before eating. Water will reduce on its own.
Step 7
Add parmesan and sour cream to enjoy all flavour constrasts.
