Rosemary & garlic sourdough

feta
extra virgin olive oil
salt

1clove garlic
rocket
Instructions
Step 1
Toast 2 slices of sourdough
Step 2
Meanwhile oil frying pan and sprinkle a circle of feta big enough to fit an egg in the middle
Step 3
Rub garlic clove on toast and drizzle lightly with olive oil
Step 4
Crack egg into centre of pan and let fry
Step 5
Season tomatoes with salt, pepper and drizzle of olive oil. Add rocket to plate.
Step 6
Once cooked add the feta egg to remaining slice.
