Ingredients

1 poundlean ground chicken
or turkey, around 93% lean is best
1egg
½ cupwhole wheat bread crumbs
¼ cupred onion
finely diced, from about 1/4th large red onion
3 clovesgarlic
minced, or sub 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoonsfresh parsley
chopped
½ teaspoondried oregano
¾ teaspoonsalt
freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoondried basil
1 tspgreek seasoning
¼ cfeta
crumbled
2 Tbsolive oil
1 tbs turkey and 1.5 for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Mix ingredients together, let sit in fridge for 1-2hrs. Roll into 14 balls (wet hands to do this, don’t over pack the balls bc they will become rubbery) Over medium heat, heat olive oil in a pan and preheat oven to 400 degrees Fry each ball for three minutes each side, then place pan in the oven for additional 8-10 minutes.
