Step 1
Mix the oats and protein powder thoroughly in a bowl

Chop the banana
Step 3
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and when melted add the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and finally the banana pieces
Step 4
Add the oats and protein powder to a seperate pan with the milk and cook until the oats are soft and the porridge thickens
Step 5
Serve the porridge and finish by placing the caramelised banana on top
