Instructions
Step 1
Add oats, water and milk powder to put and heat.
Step 2
Before it boils, add egg white. Wisk for about two minutes. Mixture should froth, then thicken. Don't stop whisking or egg will scramble
Step 3
Take off the stove. Stir in tumeric and sweetener to taste. Put aside.
Step 4
Add depitted nectarine to a pot with 60 ml of water, cinnamon and ginger and boil covered for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Put porridge into a bowl, add the greek yoghurt. Pour over syrup and place nectarine. Sprinkle with seeds and brown sugar to taste.
