Instructions

Marinate the Tofu:

In a bowl, combine the cubed extra-firm tofu with gluten-free tamari sauce, olive oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the tofu evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Sauté the Tofu:

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is lightly browned and crispy. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add the sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers, broccoli florets, snap peas, and minced garlic.

Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked tofu to the skillet with the stir-fried vegetables. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the tofu.
