Instructions
Step 1
Strain the tuna to remove all the oil or water in the can and then put it into a food processor. Add a bit of salt, capers, some mayo, and a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth cream. Add some more mayo if you feel that the cream is too rough.
Step 2
Slice the onions.
Step 3
Cut the bread in half and spread the tuna cream on both sides.
Step 4
Place some salad and onions and close your sandwich before warming it up for a few minutes.
