Sausage and Alfredo Stuffed Shells

This is a easy recipe for meal prep or a quick fix dinner. Cheeses and meats can be substituted to taste! I like it with hot Italian sausage for more flavor!

Instructions
Step 1
Brown sausage and onion in a skillet. You will find stuffing the shells easier if you let this mix cool prior to stuffing.
Step 2
While sausage is cooking boil a pot of water and add shells and salt to pot boil until Aldente, remember you need it to hold while stuffing so donโt over cook!
Step 3
Add 2oz parm and 4oz mozzarella in to cooled sausage mix.
Step 4
Add small amount of sauce to pan. Stuff shells with sausage mixture, and arrange in pan tight enough to keep them from coming apart but loose enough to let sauce cover.
Baking dish
Step 5
Spread the rest of Alfredo sauce over the shells, and cover with the rest of the cheeses. A sprinkle of pepper.
Step 6
Bake 20 mins at 375 degrees or until warmed through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
