3 lblean boneless pork loin
½ clow-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbspchili paste
or chili garlic sauce
2 tspginger
greehed, minced
2 Tbspwater
1 Tbspcornstarch
2 Tbspsesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
Cut Roast into 2-3in chunks
Step 2
Combine Roast, soy sauce, ginger, and chili paste, in crockpot. Mix well. Cover cook 8-10 hours or until pork is fork tender
Step 3
Remove pork, leaving sauce.
Step 4
Let pork cool
Step 5
Get rid of fat, and shred meat.
Step 6
Whisk together in small bowl, water. Cornstarch, and sesame oil.
Step 7
Mix bowl mixture into crockpot liquid.
Step 8
Cook liquid uncovered in crockpot until thickened.
Step 9
Add pork and mix well
Step 10
Serve on lettuce or tortilla, wirh broccoli Slaw and sweet chili sauce
