Instructions

Step 1
Spalam ouale si le punem intr-o cratita. Le acoperim cu apa usor calduta in care am adaugat o lingurita de sare. Le fierbem 10 minute, numarate din momentul in care apa incepe sa fiarba, pe foc mic spre mediu.

Scoatem ouale din cratita si le punem intr-un vas plin cu apa rece. Dupa ce s-au racit complet, le curatam si le taiem in cubulete mici.

Punem cubuletele de ou intr-un vas, adaugam mararul si patrunjelul tocate, somonul afumat taiat si el in cubulete mici, uleiul de masline si sucul de lamaie.

Separat, amestecam iaurtul grecesc cu mustarul pana la omogenizare.

Adaugam iaurtul, sarea si piperul proaspat macinat in vasul in care se afla salata si amestecam bine.

Daca dorim putem adauga in salata de oua cateva masline negre tocate marunt, capere si 1-2 linguri de ceapa verde tocata.
