Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain.
Step 2
Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
Step 3
Add Rotel and the beef broth to the skillet.
Step 4
Stir well. Add spaghetti. Use a spatula to push the pasta down into the liquid. Be sure the spaghetti is completely covered in the beef broth.
Step 5
Cover. Bring that to a boil, lower the heat, and let cook 12-15 minutes stirring at least once to make sure the spaghetti doesn’t all stick together.
Step 6
Once the spaghetti is cooked add cheese, and stir well.
Step 7
Serve.
