Step 1
In a large pot, sauté your ground beef over medium-high heat.
Step 2
When the meat is about halfway cooked, add the olive oil, onions, and garlic. Continue cooking on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked.
Step 3
Add the water, broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix well. Lower the heat to medium low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the uncooked macaroni to the pot and stir until everything is fully combined. Cover pot with the lid and continue simmering on medium-low for about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Step 5
After fully cooked, turn off the heat and remove the bay leaves. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and stir until melted and fully combined.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
