Ingredients

1 lblean ground beef
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspginger
black pepper
2 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
Sauce/vegetables
1 ½ Tbspbutter
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspsriracha
0.5onion
chopped
1red bell pepper
5 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbsphoney
Serve with rice (optional add egg to each serving of rice)
Instructions
Cooking the beef
Step 1
Season beef with seasonings listed and cook until brown. Remove from skillet.
Sauce/vegetables
Step 2
Add butter, garlic, and sriracha to the skillet after it is heated back up. Add vegetables and sauté until softened. Add soy sauce and ginger and let simmer until it starts to thicken.
Step 3
Add beef back in and let simmer until it reaches desired thickness.
Step 4
Split into 4 meal prep containers evenly over rice.
