Instructions
Step 1
1. Slice onions & cut potato & carrot into cubes
2. Fry onion & garlic until soft
3. Add carrot & potato & fry for a few minutes before adding water. Bring to the boil & let simmer until vegetables are soft
4. Meanwhile cook schnitzels according to instructions & slice into strips
5. Once vegetables are soft add curry cubes & season with salt & pepper & cook until cubes have dissolved
6. Serve with schnitzel strips on top of curry
