Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil on medium heat and add onion. cook for 1-2 minutes or until translucent.


Step 2
Add beef mince to the pan and cook until browned.

Step 3
Once beef is browned add taco seasoning mix and mix through until all of the beef is covered in seasoning. Add water and stir through.


Step 4
Remove meat from heat and set to the side.
Step 5
To your dish, add lettuce, tomato, cheese, meat, sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
