Instructions

For the custard

Step 1
Whisk the sugar, salt and egg yolks together into a paste.
Step 2
Simmer the whole milk and combine Biscoff spread throughout. Let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Slowly combine the milk into the yolk paste, whisking to ensure the egg doesn't scramble.
Step 4
Heat mixture to 74°c
Step 5
Add in the remaining ingredients and place in the fridge to cool until fridge temp (1hr).

Churning

Step 6
Put churner on pre-cool and when ready, place custard inside. Leave it to do it's thing.
Step 7
Once churning is about 75% complete and Churner is ready for toppings, chop biscuits into large pieces and add to Churner.
