1 poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces, or 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoonolive oil

½ teaspoonchili powder

¼ teaspooncumin

¼ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

6flour tortillas

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

½ cupshredded monterey jack cheese

¼ cupcilantro
chopped

Salsa

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken or tofu, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
