Step 1
Tip the onion, carrot and rosemary into a large non stick roasting tin, spritz with cooking spray. Toss it all together and roast for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Now add the pork to the tin and mix everything together. Cook for 10 minutes or until the meat starts to brown
Step 3
Squeeze in the tomato puree and miso and break up the pork a little more with a fork. Add 1 litre of boiling water and the beef stock and give everything a good stir. Cover the tin with foil and put back in the oven. Turn the heat down ti 180°C fan and cook for 1 hour.
Step 4
Add the pasta and toss to coat it well in the sauce then bake for a final ten minutes. Check the pasta is done and maybe sprinkle over some grated parmesan.
