Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until fully combined

On a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, pour the pancake batter in 1/3 cup increments. Flip when holes appear along the tops of the pancakes. Cook until golden on both sides.
Step 3
Take off the heat and decorate by taste! I used yogurt, pecans, and honey!
