Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200c
Halve the Aubergine and score the flesh. Drizzle with Olive oil, Salt. Place in the oven on baking tray, skin up, for 30mins
Step 2
Prepare Dressing my Mixing together diced chili, minced garlic and ginger, soy sauces, vinegar, honey
Step 3
After 30 minutes, remove Aubergine and place skin down.
Brush the dressing over the Aubergine halves. Place back in the oven for 15 mins (skin down)
Step 4
Finish with sesame seeds, spring onions, crispy onions
