Instructions
Step 1
First, heat a frying pan and add a few sprays of fry light. Cook the sausages for around 10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Slice the sausages into small slices and set aside.


Step 2
Boil a pan of water with a pinch of salt, then add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes at a simmer. Add the broccoli 5 minutes before the end.




Step 3
Whilst the pasta is cooking, spray some fry light onto a frying pan, and add the onion, garlic and chilli. Fry for around 5 minutes until soft.




Step 4
Add the tin of tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano and olives to the frying pan and cook at a simmer for around 5 minutes.






Step 5
Once the broccoli is cooked, chop into smaller pieces and add to the frying pan. Add the cream cheese and add the sausages back in.

Step 6
Drain the pasta and serve into a bowl. Serve with the sauce on top, and a sprinkling of mozzarella.
