Step 1
First, boil a saucepan of water with a pinch of salt, and add the pasta. Cook at a simmer for 12 minutes until soft. Drain.

Step 2
Whilst the pasta is cooking, add a few sprays of frylight to a frying pan, and fry the onion and garlic for around 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes until all soft.

Add the veg stock, cream cheese and basil, and cook for around 5 minutes until thickened.
