1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Place salmon and broccoli in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4. Gradually add veg stock and milk, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture thickens and boils.

5. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, and cheese.

6. Pour sauce over salmon and broccoli.
