Instructions

Step 1
Place butternut squash, shallots, garlic and chili flakes in a baking dish and drizzle with 1 TBS of olive oil. Make space in the middle of the dish and place the whole block of feta cheese in the middle. Pour the other 2 TBS of olive oil on top of the block of cheese and sprinkle thyme on top.

Baked for 35 minutes at 400 degrees
Step 3
Make pasta according to directions on box. Be sure to salt the water. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 4
Put all baked ingredients in a food processor with the pasta water and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Pour over pasta, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
