these are incredibly easy to make and combine so many flavors&textures! you can easily alter the ingredients and maybe add mozzarella sticks in between :)

Instructions

Step 1
- cut up sausages into pieces of desired size

- roll up a sheet of rice paper and fold over the roll to desired thickness. cut into pieces (alternatively, if you have actual rice cakes, you can just use those)

- stack on a skewer alternatingly

- heat up a bit of oil in a frying pan

- fry until the sausages are slightly browned and the rice paper is crispy. turn over and repeat on the other side
Step 6
- mix together gochujang, honey and ketchup to taste

- brush the sauce on both sides of the finished sotteok-sotteok

- garnish with sesame seeds
