Instructions
Step 1
Begin by assembling the skewers. Layer the stick with sausages, rice cakes and repeat.
Step 2
In a bowl, make your sauce/paste. Mix sugar, soy sauce, corn syrup (or honey), red pepper paste, ketchup and minced garlic.






Step 3
On medium-heat, drizzle a generous amount of oil and cook your skewers for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Apply the paste on the skewers. Let it cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Turn off heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
