Delicious twist to the original Italian recipe. My wife is the most stubborn eater but she'll eat 3 plate of this.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Cook ground beef, drain and add to large mixing bowl. Add refried beans, oregano, cumin, garlic powder and mix together. Set aside.
Step 3
In a 9 x 13 baking dish:
-Add 4 hard lasagna noodles
-Add 1/2 meat mixture
-Add 4 more lasagna noodles
-Add 1/2 meat mixture
-Add 4 more lasagna noodles
Step 4
In a a separate bowl, add sour cream, black olives, green onions, and refrigerate.
Step 5
Mix together 2 1/2 cups water and 2 1/2 cups salsa and pour evenly over lasagna. Cover with foil and cook for 55 minutes at 375 degrees.
Step 6
Remove from oven, add sour cream mixture evenly over kagna, add shredded cheese and cook for 10 minutes uncovered.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let stand 15 min and serve.
