Instructions
Step 1
In slow cooker combine: onions, celery, carrots, sweet potato, ginger, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Arrange chicken over vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in stock and water.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Transfer chicken to bowl.
Step 6
Stir kale, noodles and peas into soup.
Step 7
Cover and cook on high until noodles are tender; about 30 minutes.
Step 8
Chop or shred chicken and return to soup.
