Instructions

Step 1
Soak the chia seeds in coconut milk for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add coconut milk and chia seeds, mango, lime juice, lime zest, fresh ginger, coconut oil, Stevie, and salt to a blender. If using frozen mango, allow to reach room temp.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
