Step 1
Preheat oven to 400̊. Melt butter in dripper cake pan in heating oven. Make sure entire bottom and lower sides are coated with butter, pour remaining into mixture below.
Step 2
Combine & blend together flour, eggs, milk and salt. (Add extra melted butter.) Pour mixture into the hot, buttered pan and bake 400̊ for 18+ minutes.
Step 3
Remove and serve with jam, syrup, powdered sugar, honey, or whatever. Mmmm!
