Instructions
Step 1
In large pot heat 1 tsp oil. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper. Take off heat and set aside.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil and stir fry chicken with some salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Almost cooked through.
Step 3
Add garlic, carrot, onion, and 3 tbsp butter and stir fry until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add the scallions and stir fry for 1 min the add rice, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and 5 tbsp soy sauce. Stir fry until even distributed.
Step 5
Create a well in the middle of the rice and place 4 tbsp butter in the well. Let melt and let the rice fry undisturbed for approx 2 minutes to crisp up butter.
Step 6
Add the egg back in and stir until evenly distributed, breaking up evenly with spatula.
