Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.
Sauce
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Fried Veggies and Prawns

Cut your broccoli into small pieces and slice the other vegetables.
Step 4
Cook the broccoli for about 2min.
Step 5
Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the prawns. Fry for about 1,5min until slightly pink. Remove the prawns from the pan.
Step 6
Again heat the rest of the sesame oil in the same pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the carrot and bell pepper. Fry for about 2-3min.
Step 7
Add the broccoli and spring onion. Fry for another 2min.
Step 8
Now add the prawns and sauce. Mix everything together. Fry for one more minute.
Burrito
Step 9
Top the front center of the burrito with the rice, prawns and vegetables.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the burrito on all sides.
