Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, bread crumbs, and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Place the meat mixture into the greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape.
Step 4
Pour the can of tomato soup over the top of the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
Step 5
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). The tomato soup will create a flavorful glaze on top of the meatloaf.
Step 6
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
