1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package .

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

5. Layer lasagna noodles on top of the mixture, then add a layer of chopped spinach. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
