3 broccoli 🥦
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor shred the brocolli and cauliflower into small pieces
Step 2
Dice 1/4 of red onion
Step 3
Mince 6 garlic
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350
Step 5
1/2 inch of water in baking dish
Step 6
Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out seeds
Step 7
Place squash in dish face down, and cook for 40min
Step 8
Heat oil at medium high and throw in onions when hot stir for 3 min or translucent
Step 9
Throw in garlic and stir for 1 min
Step 10
Add the cauliflower, brocolli, green beans and stir and add a little water if it seems dry
Step 11
Lower heat to medium ans stir and let sit tp cook

When ready and soft turn off heat and cover remove from heat source and let sit and rest until acorn squash is ready

Remove squash at 40min and preheat to 375 and load up the squash with the fixings and put back in oven for 20min
Step 14
Serve with pistachios and a little maple syrup to serve and eat :)

When I removed it from the oven and plated j then stirred everything together and added the pistachios into the acorn squash. It was really good and filling :)
