Step 1
Combine steak with arrowroot or cornstarch

Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in pan over high heat. Once oil shimmers, add steak in small batches (2 min per side)

Steam broccoli
Step 4
Reduce steak pan heat to medium. Add remaining avocado oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flake and cook until fragrant.
Add 1/4 cup of water, soy sauce, and honey.
Bring to boil and cook until thick (3-5 min).
Add steak and broccoli to pan and stir in green onions.

Serve with rice
