cut into thin matchsticks
15g黄花菜
soak for 1h and torn into thin strips, optional
3Cucumber
Persian, cut into diamond shape
2Green onion
chopped
3 clovesGarlic

1 tbpCooking wine

Instructions
Step 1
Blanch wood ears for 3min. Blanch 黄花菜 for 40 sec.
Step 2
Fry eggs in smoking hot oil and cut into chunks. Set aside.
Step 3
Fry pork belly on medium until golden brown and oil seeps out. Put in cocking wine and let evaporate.
Step 4
Fry green onion and garlic on medium.
Step 5
Put in wood ears, 黄花菜 and sauté on medium high until softened. Put in sauce and mix well. Put back eggs and cucumber. Season with more salt.
