Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Dice the pizza toppings and grate the cheese.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 3
Mix the water and oil in a separate container, then mix with the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. If dough is too sticky, add flour. If dough is too dry, add water. Be careful not to repeat too many times. It is better to have a sticky dough and only cover it with flour.

Roll out the dough and prep an oven safe container with spray n cook, butter or oil to keep the dough from sticking.
Step 5
Place the dough in the tray and use the back of a spoon to spread the pizza sauce on it. Spread half the cheese, then your toppings, and then the last half of the cheese. Spice to flavour. (Origanum or italian spices are nice)
Step 6
Place the tray in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Cut into squares, diah up and enjoy!
