Instructions
Step 1
Mix 2 cups warm water, yeast, and honey. Let sit 10 minutes until bubbly.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 teaspoons salt
Step 3
Add 4.5 cups flour and mix in kitchen aid. Add other 1/2 cup flour if it’s too sticky.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in oven with light on for 1 hour. Take it out and smack the dough.
Step 5
Cut in half and shape in rectangles then roll up. Put them both in buttered loaf pans and cover with dish towel to rise for another hour.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
