Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken and set aside for 30min
Stirfry chicken and set aside
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil , fry ginger and garlic for 15-30sec
Step 3
Add chilli
Step 4
Add sauce and combine till sauce thickens
Step 5
Add back chicken and spring onions and stri fry for 1-2mim
