Instructions
Step 1
Chop baby broccoli and red bell pepper into bite size pieces. Saute in olive oil until crisp tender.
Step 2
Heat quinoa and brown rice according to pkg directions.
Step 3
Add beans and quinoa and brown rice to skillet. Stir and heat thoroughly.
Step 4
Add lemon juice and cheese. Stir and remove from heat. Serve.
