Beefy Butternut Pupcake
I've baked a Beefy Butternut Pupcake for my dog's 3rd birthday. It's a delicious treat with beef, butternut squash, parsley, rolled oat and quail eggs.

Ingredients

70gMinced beef
1 Tbsrolled oat
2quail eggs
2 piecespork belly shabu-shabu
parsley
dog treats
Tiny, for decoration
Instructions
Step 1
Mixed minced beef, raw quail eggs, rolled oat in a bowl
Step 2
Transfer to cupcake mold, press to form the shape
Step 3
Wrap the mixtures with pork belly shabu-shabu
Step 4
Preheat the oven 180 deg celcius
Step 5
Baked in oven for 25-30mins at 180 deg celcius
Step 6
Prepare puree. Cut butternut squash ( any vege). Blend it with some water.
Step 7
Layer the purée on top of the baked meat loaf . Sprinkle some parsley flakes. Decorate with the tiny dog treats.
Step 8
Refrigerated. Can served warm or cold.
