Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, using a rubber spatula, combine all ingredients.
Step 2
Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Spread batter into an 8X8 baking dish.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before sampling.
Step 6
Add 3 tbs of the chocolate syrup into the batter
Step 7
add the rest 5 tbs of the syrup on top
