Step 1
Preheat oven to 180deg Celsius
Step 2
Grease and line a 30 x 30cm slice pan with baking paper.
Step 3
In Thermomix or food processor, blitz the cheese so it resembles grated cheese. Place cheese in a bowl for later.
Step 4
Without cleaning the Thermomix or food processor, blitz the zucchini, onion and carrot until resembles grated vegetables.
Step 5
Add the flour and baking powder, eggs and egg whites and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Add the ham, cheese and corn kernels and mix on slow until incorporated.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or slice is golden and set.
