Instructions
Step 1
Wash the tice until water is transparent Cook your rice on the rice cooker with 2/3 of water, wait for it to be done and let it sit for 10 min Then add your rice vinegar and sugar into a microwave safe dish and mix it together until the sugar dissolves , if not heat it in the microwave for 20 sec and mix again Add it to your rice slowly while mixing
Step 2
For the crab, shredded it and then add the yogurt with the gochujang, mix
Step 3
Put the rice in a safe bake dish and spreed it evenly, add your furikake or just shredded some seaweed with sesame seeds on top of the rice, then put your crab mixture on top
Step 4
Finally pre heat your oven at 400f, and broil for about 10 min or less, keep checking your dish so it doesn’t burn, when is golden is ready :)
