0.5avocado
0.5carrot
0.5red bell pepper
1nori sheet
1 tspsesame seeds
1 tspblack sesame seeds
100grice noodles
4 slicessmoked salmon

Step 1
Cook the rice noodles according package instructions.
Step 2
Slice the vegetables and mango.
Step 3
Place a sheet of baking paper on your work surface.
Step 4
Dip a piece of rice paper into the water without soaking it completely. Place it on the baking paper. Do the same with the other rice papers. Form a rectangle, placing the 5th sheet in the middle to stabilize the burrito later.
Step 5
Place the nori sheet in the center.
Step 6
Now top with the rice paper, vegetables, mango and salmon.
Step 7
Then sprinkle on the white and black sesame seeds.
Step 8
Now fold the baking paper with the shorter side inwards and carefully remove the rice paper. Repeat the step on the other side. Now you can carefully roll up your burrito lengthways.
Sauce
Step 9
Melt the peanut butter.
Step 10
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. If you want your sauce to be runnier add more water.
