Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C (fan)
Step 2
Cut tortilla into 4 equal parts (4 triangles)
Step 3
Brush them with olive oil from both sides.
Step 4
Fold the triangle from two sides to form a pocket and secure it with a toothpick.
Step 5
Form a small ball from aluminium foil and put it inside the tortilla pocket.
Step 6
Bake at 190C fan for 7-8 minutes or until golden
Step 7
When ready fill them with your favourite filling. I used smashed avocado dip, salad leaves and salmon.
