Instructions
Step 1
Brown the chicken until golden on all sides. Put aside

Fry bacon and onion add sugar and caramelize. Put aside with chicken

Fry the mushrooms for three minutes. Add the flour and cook for one minute. Put aside with chicken and bacon

Stir in the white wine, stock and tomato paste. Add tarragon and seasoning, then bring to boil.

Reduce to a simmer, add tomatoes, add chicken, bacon and mushroom back to the pan, let cook for 30 mins.
