50 grchicken breast
mix with

white peppercorn

200 grrice
cooked, jasmine rice, long grain rice

0.5onion

Bali hot pepper, optional

1 pcsspring onion

30 grcarrot

2 Tbspvegetable oil

½ Tbspsweet soy sauce
thick, kecap manis

½ tspChicken Bouillon Powder

Instructions
Step 1
Make the acar by mixing together the vegetables and condiments







Step 2
Finely chop garlic, slice the onion, chop the chillies, chop the spring onion, julien the carrots





Step 3
On medium heat, add oil, the chicken white peppercorn, and a pinch of salt. Remove the chicken once ready.






Step 4
In the same pan, add 1tbsp of oil, cook the onion till soft then add the garlic and chillie. Once fragrant, add the carrots and spring onions. Stir fry for 1 min.






Step 5
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add it to the pan. Stir around to break it down.

Step 6
Once the egg is cooked, lower the heat and add the rice, sweet soy sauce, chicken bouillion powder and 1/4 tsp of salt. You can also add some white peppercorn.





Step 7
Add the chicken back in and mix.
Step 8
Plate the nasi goreng with the acar and fried egg.
