Step 1
Add minced garlic and shallots to a hot wok with a little oil and sauté for 30 seconds then add sliced bell pepper and carrots and cook 2 minutes

Add kimchi and cook for two more minutes ( I have a recipe for kimchi up if you want to check that one out ) then add cooked cold rice . It’s important the rice is cold and not warm as it will get mushy

Step 3
Add oyster sauce 1 tbsp of the soy and toasted sesame oil. Check the seasoning and add more soy sauce if it needs it . Top each bowl with a fried egg and garnish with spring onions .
